Toronto's skyline is fairly distinctive, at least to those of us who live here, but the view from the Leslie Street Spit isn't a common one. Normally seen cleanly across the water from the either the islands from the south or Humber Bay park from the west, here the land imposes its presence on the city. It can take a while to see that a person has also added her silhouette to the mix.
