King Street requires approximately one to two hours to complete.  Some staging and arrangement of smaller items may be done at the time of the shoot to create a better photograph.  Web-ready images will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the completion of the shoot, and are licensed to the listing agent for unlimited use in all media to promote and market the listing, including indefinite archiving after the property has sold.
