Mount Pleasant captures a room that is clean, bright, and uncluttered.  Preparation and staging are vital when selling a home, but photographing a room is different from walking through it, and what works best when seen in person doesn’t always work in two dimensions.  Even a professionally staged home may need some adjustments to make the little details right for a photograph.  Naturally, the room is always returned to its original arrangement when the shoot is complete.

Larger homes and those that feature look-through and open-concept layouts require more light and time to photograph.  Mount Pleasant draws on much more powerful studio lights, letting it handle large rooms with ease and providing more creative options than are available with the King Street package.

Mount Pleasant requires approximately two to three hours to complete.  Staging and arrangement of smaller items will be done at the time of the shoot to create a better photograph.  Web-ready images and medium-resolution images suitable for print use will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the completion of the shoot.  The images are licensed to the listing agent for unlimited use in all media to promote and market the listing, including indefinite archiving after the property has sold, as well as for other marketing uses for a period of one year.
