Today I was able to catch my favourite fire truck, Pumper 314, as it responded to an alarm.

The few photos in this video are just basic shots to further document the scene as I recorded the sound. I didn't catch the beginning of the sirens of Aerial 312 and Pumper 314, but they stopped near where I had positioned the recorder on a legacy tree location. Command 33, High Rise 332, and Pumper 332 also responded to the call, which seems to have been cleared without incident.

I'm learning to keep a camera in one pocket and my little Sony M10 audio recorder in the other. The audio could be improved and the photos are nothing special, but practice like this is part of getting better. Meanwhile I'm enjoying trying to catch little snippets of what's going on around me.

And doesn't everyone have a favourite fire truck?
