The title of this post is a lie, of course, as so many things are. There's no way I'd only spend ten minutes at the lake.

Four of these are ten-minute exposures, which is where I take the title from. Three of them are six minutes each. The remaining five are a brisk four minutes apiece. And no, 78 Minutes at the Lake isn't a better title, because that elides the time for dark-frame subtraction – the Reciprocity Failure of the digital world.

The tripod did not move for two and a half hours at the lake. You can fly from Moncton to Toronto in that.
